Residential Flat Rate Pricing - $80 Per Computer
Business Pricing - $65 Per Hour
Remote Repair Pricing - $40 Per Hour (Remote service available anywhere the U.S. 24/7)
We pickup and return your PC to your home for free. (Labor only - hardware costs extra if needed). Pick-up in Branson West/Branson Area is free, outside of Branson West/Branson Area costs a nominal fee - call (417)593-6820 or email for a quote.
Flat rate pricing includes desktop and laptop repair. All work is done in our shop. The rate includes labor and if additional hardware is needed you will incur additional fees. Please allow up to 3 business days for repair. We will call you if your repair will take longer.
Almost all residential and home business computer repair fits into our $80 flate rate plan. Any work outside of the normal repair scope or on-site work will be billed at $40 per hour. If the computer is beyond repair or you choose not to complete repair due to hardware or other costs, there is a $25 diagnostic fee that applies.
Many other in-home services like setting up a wireless network, installing memory, etc. may also fall within the $80 flat rate fee. Call or email us for any questions or a rate quote.
